1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for services covered under a written agreement or proposal that explicitly includes a “money-back guarantee.
”Refunds may be considered if TangyWeb fails to deliver the promised objectives stated in the agreement.
Clients must provide TangyWeb with sufficient time, cooperation, and access to data/tools to execute the agreed services.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:If the client changes their mind after the commencement of services.
If the client fails to provide required information, approvals, or access to accounts, resulting in service delays.
For partial completion of services where deliverables have already been provided.
For third-party expenses (such as ad spends on Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms).
3. Refund Request Process
1. To request a refund: Email us at iamsubodhverma@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
2. Include your name, project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
3. TangyWeb will review your request within 7–10 business days and notify you of the decision.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days of approval.
Refunds will be credited using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Modification of Policy
TangyWeb reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
